Your First Visit
Paperwork-

There is some basic paperwork that we want need you to fill out-this includes your health history, basic personal information and insurance information. we will review your health history, your current history, and what your goals for care are.

Exam-

You remain fully clothed while you are being examined. Your exam consists of gentle palpation and a specific chiropractic evaluation. All procedures are explained in advance and we encourage your questions. You will then receive your first adjustment.

If you wish, you can bring a friend or family member to observe the adjustment.

Report

Afterwards, we will outline our recommendations for your care-an individualized plan for any follow-up care (if necessary). We will also take the time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
